About this block

Photo Book puts a monograph up for sale. A tall cover image sits above three spread thumbnails on the left, each spread captioned by chapter and location, while the right column tells the book's story, lists a full specifications table, names three stockists, and ends on a direct order button with a dispatch note. The specs run from page count and format through paper stock, binding, edition size, and price.

The cover and spreads use the shared Placeholder, and the specs, spreads, and stockists are three typed arrays. Naming the edition size and signing every copy is the distinctive detail: it frames the book as a collectable object rather than a print on demand paperback.

When to use

Reach for this block on a shop or books page for a photographer selling a printed monograph or zine. The installer swaps the cover, spread captions, story, specifications, stockists, and price for their own title and fulfilment terms.

What you can display

One strong use is a first-edition monograph with a signed run. Other book layouts:

• Zine or newsprint. Lighter specs and a lower price for a short run publication.
• Boxed print set. Adapt the spreads to loose prints and the specs to box and mount details.
• Pre-order. Replace the stockists with a funding bar and a ship-by date for a book in production.

Tip: the specifications table does the selling; naming the paper stock and binding tells a book buyer this is a considered object, not a photo dump.
