About this block

Featured Case Hero splits the fold between an introduction and a single proof panel. On the left, Avery Stone, product designer, states a positioning line, I help early stage SaaS teams ship interfaces people can figure out without a manual, then a two-row detail strip covering availability and focus, and two actions. On the right, one featured case study panel for Kova Analytics leads with a thumbnail, three outcome rows (trial to paid conversion +34%, onboarding completion +18%, time to first report 6 min), and a link to the full write up.

Outcomes are one array in a ruled panel. Leading with a single strong result instead of a thumbnail grid is the distinctive choice, it makes one measurable win the argument rather than asking the visitor to infer quality from a wall of images.

When to use

Reach for this block when one recent project proves the case better than a broad selection would. The installer swaps the name and lede, replaces the case study thumbnail and the three outcome rows with their own numbers, and points the link at the full write up.

A natural flow around it on a Portfolio Pro page:

What you can display

One strong use is the outcome-led product designer opener. Other proof shapes:

• Consultant result. A single engagement with revenue or retention figures in the outcome rows.
• Developer case. A shipped feature with performance or reliability numbers instead of product metrics.
• Studio flagship. We language with the client named and the team credited on the panel.

Tip: keep the outcome rows to three and make each one a number a visitor can trust; a panel of vague claims reads weaker than one honest metric.
