Iteration Timeline shows one product screen, the Ledger overview, across four dated design rounds in a ruled four-column grid. Each round carries a number (01 to 04), a date (Feb to Jun 2025), a Placeholder snapshot at aspect-4/3, a title, and an honest note on what changed and why. Round 02 admits that user testing sent the work back to delete eleven widgets; round 04 is the shipped polish pass.
The four rounds are one typed array. The distinctive detail is the note voice: it names the specific cut or gain per round rather than narrating a tidy march forward, so the version history reads as real work.
Reach for this block as the process section of a case study, or on a design portfolio to show that a finished screen came from rounds of edits rather than one burst of inspiration. The installer swaps the project name in the lede, the four dates, the snapshots, and the note per round.
A natural flow around it on a Portfolio Pro page:

One strong use is the four-round history of a single screen. Other timeline layouts:
Tip: the note that admits a deletion earns more trust than four rounds that only ever add polish.
