Client Timeline reads the client history as a chronology rather than a wall of logos. Engagements are grouped year by year in ruled bands, each band pairing a large year label and a short note with the clients signed that year and the work delivered. 2026 reads two engagements so far, both referrals; 2025 reads the year of health and patient tools. The heading is Clients year by year; the lede says every engagement since I went independent, in the order they happened.
The timeline is one array of year groups, each with a year, a note, and an entries list of company and work. The year band is the distinctive choice, it turns a flat roster into a record of how the practice moved from one focus to the next.
Reach for this block on an about or clients page where the arc of the work over time is the point, not just who the clients are. The installer updates each band with a real year, a one line note on that season, and the companies and work signed, keeping the year labels in tabular-nums order.

Tip: keep the note honest, both referrals or mostly systems work says more than a slogan and frames the clients listed beneath it.
