Capacity Breakdown uses a two column split: the left column holds a heading that reads where my week goes right now, a short intro, a proportional stacked bar splitting the week into a 60 percent redesign, a 20 percent retainer, and 20 percent open, a matching legend, and a last updated line. The right column holds three commitment rows naming each engagement, its weekly share and dates, and the one open day, with a Claim the open day button linking to a mailto.
The segments and commitments are two separate arrays. The stacked bar is the distinctive detail; it plans capacity in days rather than hours and shows at a glance that four of five weekdays are already committed, so the single open day reads as genuinely scarce.
Reach for this block as the availability section when you want to be transparent about how full your week already is rather than simply saying you are open. The installer sets the bar segments and their widths, the three commitment rows, the last updated date, and the mailto to reflect the real current load.
A natural flow around it on a Portfolio Pro page:

One strong use is the honest day by day capacity picture with a stacked bar. Other breakdown layouts:
Tip: redraw the bar every month and keep the last updated line current; the whole block works because it reads as this week rather than a permanent claim.
