Each row carries a date, a category badge, a linked headline, and a one line summary a journalist can quote without asking for anything.
The years are one array of releases, so a new announcement is one object at the top of the current year. The sticky column keeps the subscribe links and the two hour reply promise in view while the archive scrolls, the summary line does the work of a full read.
