About this block

Logo Usage Rules is brand governance in one screen. The tinted do card renders the mark correctly on a quiet field and states the clear space rule in a sentence, while the dont card lists the four common abuses as crossed items, with a same day brand question contact in the footnote. One example beats a forty page PDF for the people who actually place logos.

The donts are one array. The drawn mark uses the collection logo chip pattern, swap in your own. The footnote routing brand questions matters, ambiguity is what produces stretched logos.

When to use

Reach for this block on press and brand pages after press-kit-downloads, the files first, the rules beside them. Partners, sponsors, and event organizers are the real audience, journalists rarely misuse marks but conference slide decks always do.

A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

Before

• Press kit supplying the correct files

After

• Media contact for the edge cases the rules leave open
• Footers closing the press page

What you can display

One strong use is the logo do and dont pair. Other guardrails:

• Co branding rules. Lockup spacing for partner logos beside yours.
• Screenshot rules. How product screens may be cropped and annotated in coverage.
• Name usage. The capitalization and trademark line for the written brand.

Tip: keep the dont list to the four abuses you have actually seen, real accidents teach better than imagined ones.
