Phone CTA Nav is a contact forward sticky header for service businesses. The logo and wordmark sit on the left with a row of inline links, and the right side pairs a labeled phone block, a round icon over a 24/7 line, with a solid quote CTA. The phone number is the loudest element after the CTA, which suits trades where a call converts faster than a form. On mobile the links, the phone line, and the CTA all fold into a slide in sheet.
The links are one array shared by the desktop nav and the mobile sheet, and the phone block repeats inside the sheet so the number never disappears on small screens. The icon over label pattern keeps the number readable while the emergency line caption sets context. Swap the wordmark, the number, and the CTA copy for your own trade.
Reach for this block when a phone call is the primary conversion: plumbers, electricians, HVAC, and other trades where customers want a person, not a signup. It puts the number where standard-sticky-nav would put a generic CTA, so use it when calls carry the business and the links exist mostly to reassure before the dial.

One strong use is a local HVAC company with an emergency line. Other fits:
Tip: keep the caption above the number specific, a 24/7 or same day line earns the call far better than a plain phone label.
