Nav With Announcement stacks a launch line on top of a standard header. The slim primary colored strip is one clickable line with an arrow, sitting above a bordered, blurred navbar with logo, four links, and dual CTAs. Both rows travel together as one sticky unit, and on mobile the navigation collapses into the usual slide in sheet while the announcement stays visible.
The announcement is a single link element, its copy one string, and the nav links are one array shared with the sheet. When the announcement retires, delete the strip and the block degrades to a standard navbar with no other edits. Keep the line short enough to fit one row on a phone.
Reach for this block in the weeks around a launch, a pricing change, an event, or a fundraise, whenever one message deserves site wide placement without redesigning the header. It differs from the standalone Banners blocks by riding inside the sticky header, so the message survives scrolling. Once the news cools, fall back to standard-sticky-nav.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

One strong use is a product announcement with a link to the details. Other strip messages:
Tip: rotate or retire the strip on a schedule, an announcement older than a month silently tells visitors the site is unattended.
