Five Column With Tagline opens with a two-column-wide brand cell on the left: a linked company name in semibold and a short tagline sentence below it in muted text. To its right sit four equal link columns, each with a bold category heading and four text links underneath. Below the full grid a thin rule separates the main body from a legal bar that holds a copyright notice on the left and three inline legal links on the right.
All six cells live in a single responsive grid that collapses to two columns on small screens and expands to the full six on large ones. The brand cell, the four column headings, every link, and the legal bar copy are plain text, so you can rewrite or extend any of them without touching the layout. You can also add or remove link columns by adjusting the array and the grid span.
Reach for this block when your site has enough navigable sections to justify four distinct categories. It fits a developer tools company well: you might have Product, Solutions, Company, and Resources, and the layout gives each area equal weight without crowding. Compared to the slimmer Brand Blurb Columns footer, this one trades social icons and a narrower brand cell for a full fourth column, so it works best when you have more links than social presence to show.

Tip: keep each link column to four or five items so all columns stay the same visual height and the grid reads as balanced.
