Columns With Newsletter is a working footer. Four link columns cover product, resources, company, and legal, and a fifth column carries the wordmark, a two sentence newsletter pitch, and an inline email field with a subscribe button. A hairline rule closes the footer with the copyright line and a short provenance note that can hold office cities or a tagline.
The columns are one array of titles and link lists, so the information architecture is data, not markup. The newsletter form is the ui Input and Button side by side, wire the action to your provider and the markup is production ready. The pitch line matters more than it looks, say what the email is and how often it comes.
Reach for this block when the footer should earn something instead of just ending the page. A newsletter signup converts surprisingly well in footers, visitors who scrolled everything are the warmest readers. It does more work than five-column-with-tagline or minimal-inline-links, and unlike newsletter-centered it keeps full navigation alongside the capture.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

One strong use is a standard SaaS footer with a monthly product letter. Other arrangements:
Tip: name the cadence in the pitch, one email a month converts better than a vague stay updated.
