Compact Two Column opens with a narrow centered heading and a one-line subheading, both text-balanced for clean wrapping at any viewport width. Below that, eight feature items fill a two-column list. Each item pairs a small check icon with a bold lead phrase followed by a plain-language sentence that explains it. The columns collapse to a single stack on small screens.
Every item in the list is independent copy, so you can swap any of the eight leads and descriptions without touching the layout. The heading and subheading are also standalone, and the list length can shrink or grow as long as you keep an even count to preserve the two-column rhythm.
This block is the right choice when you want to set out what every plan includes without building a full feature grid. It fits naturally on a pricing page just above or below the plan cards, on a property marketplace's "What every listing gets" section, or on any page where you need to reassure prospects that the essentials are covered before they scroll to a call to action. It is lighter than Icon Grid Six, which suits a broader capability showcase, and more scannable than a prose paragraph list.
