Icon Grid Six opens with a centered heading and a one-sentence subheading, both constrained to a narrow column so they read as a tight intro unit. Below that, six feature tiles fill a three column grid. Each tile starts with a small square icon badge, followed by a short title and a two-line description. The grid collapses to two columns on tablet and one column on small screens.
Every part of the copy is independent. You can reword the heading, swap the subheading, and update any or all of the six tiles without affecting layout. The tile count is fixed at six in the demo but the grid structure accommodates any multiple of three cleanly.
This layout works well when you have a set of peer capabilities that carry equal weight and none needs more than two sentences to explain. For an HR and hiring platform it is a natural fit on a features overview page, listing things like candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, offer management, and integrations at a glance. It outperforms a checklist layout when each feature benefits from a short description rather than a label alone, and it beats a bento or card grid when you want strict visual parity across all six items with no hierarchy implied.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

One sentence to set context: this grid suits any product area where six peer features can each be summarized in a line or two.
Tip: keep each description to two short sentences so all six tiles stay the same visual height and the grid reads as a uniform set.
