Rollout Responsibilities puts names on the six week onboarding plan before anyone signs. Four phases, from foundations to steady state, split every task into a we handle column and a you handle column, so the buyer sees exactly how much of their own time launch costs.
Phases are one array with two task lists each, alongside two headline commitments, median time to full go live and the peak weekly hours asked of the customer. The customer column is kept deliberately short, and the lede says why.
Reach for this block on enterprise pages when the deal is technically won and the last worry is implementation effort, specifically how many internal hours a launch will cost.

Tip: keeping the customer column shorter than yours is the argument, do not pad it out to look evenly balanced.
