Full Bleed Band is a single solid accent strip that spans the full container width. Inside it, a bold headline sits on the left alongside a short supporting sentence, and a single inverted button is anchored to the right. On smaller screens the button drops below the copy and stretches edge to edge; on large screens everything sits on one horizontal rail.
The two text elements and the button are independent. You can rewrite the headline and the supporting line to match any conversion moment, and you can remove or swap the button label without affecting the strip layout.
Reach for this block when you need a high contrast conversion prompt between two sections and want nothing to compete with the call to action. On a real estate marketplace, it works well as a mid page nudge after a feature walkthrough or a listings grid, asking visitors to post a property or start a search. It is sharper than a centered card CTA because the full width fill creates a clear visual break, and it is lighter than a split layout because there is no image or secondary column to manage.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

Any direct conversion ask that fits in one short headline and a single action. A few ways the band reads well in a real estate context:
Tip: keep the headline under ten words so it reads as a single line on desktop and the strip stays visually tight.
