Data Promise Card states five numbered promises each with the mechanism that lets a buyer check it: nothing sold to nobody with the revenue model as the proof, no ad pixels with the view source instruction, deletion that deletes with invoices kept seven years because tax law requires it and nothing else, export arriving in minutes as JSON and CSV from the account page, and breach disclosure in 72 hours with what was taken in plain words rather than lawyer fog. The footer names the two people who reviewed it and publishes the date.
Promises are one array. The A policy you cannot verify is just a mood lede frames every row before it is read.
Reach for this block in the account sections privacy area or linked from the checkout footer. The breach draft line carries only when the store can honor the 72 hour window, wire that discipline before shipping it.
A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Tip: “The draft of it exists anyway” is the line that makes the breach promise credible, process over intention is the only kind of disclosure that holds.
