About this block

Fleet Cost Estimator gives a buyer two sliders, fleet size and years in service, and reprices the whole fleet as they drag. The unit price drops into its volume band, upfront spend lands on one net 30 invoice, projected repairs accrue across the service life, and a summary line resolves it all to cost per bag per year. Every number comes from the published bands and the measured repair rate, so the estimate matches the quote.

Two pieces of state drive the math, fleet and years. Bands and the repair rate are constants at the top of the file, the tiles and the summary derive from them so a data swap is a one line change.

When to use

Reach for this block on the trade page near the pricing table, where a buyer sizing a fleet purchase wants a number before writing to sales. Let a person price themselves first, an honest estimator filters inquiries to serious ones and anchors the quote that follows.

What you can display

One strong use is the fleet cost projection. Other estimators:

• Rollout budget. Headcount and years for a company wide kit order.
• Total cost of ownership. Purchase plus repairs against a rival that omits them.
• Renewal planner. Replacement timing for a fleet already in service.

Tip: include the repairs line most calculators hide, showing the running cost alongside the purchase is what makes the per bag per year figure believable.
