Service First Navbar puts Repairs, Resale, and Membership ahead of Shop in the primary navigation, making the order of links a statement about what the company is. A slim secondary bar beneath carries the live bench queue (Queue 6 days, parcels welcome) and the next in-store event, so both are visible from every page.
Two arrays drive the block: the nav link labels in the primary bar and the status items with icon, label, and value in the secondary bar. The link order is the only opinion that needs defending.
Reach for this block when the services account for a meaningful share of revenue or customer relationships and deserve their position above the product catalogue. The bench queue value must be updated from the real queue; a stale number is worse than no number.

Tip: the secondary bar earns its presence by carrying operational truth, a queue day count and a dated event are both checkable and both change, which is exactly what makes them worth the space.
