Announcement Navbar Combo integrates the announcement band above the main bar as one composed header unit, solving the spacing problem that occurs when a banner and a navbar are assembled independently. The example runs a price change preannounce: nine rise, three fall, every reason published, with a link to the letter and a dismissible X positioned absolutely so the band text stays centered.
The nav links array and the announcement copy are the only moving parts. The dismiss button is present but the block is static, wiring the state is left to the consuming app.
Reach for this block any time a sitewide announcement must run above the main bar without the two layers fighting for spacing. The price preannounce example requires a public letter at the linked URL before the band goes live.
