Founders Welcome Hero opens with the founder voice and a specific memory: eleven years ago this was a kitchen table and a bad sewing machine. Two short paragraphs follow, the first naming what Acme makes and how, the second listing what it refuses: seasonal colorways, influencer codes, sales invented to clear mistakes, and any product it cannot fix once it leaves. The block closes with a signature line, Elena Marsh, founder, still packing boxes on Fridays, and two CTAs: shop the range and read the annual letter.
The block carries no image, all weight falls on the voice. The refusal list is the structural centrepiece and the most transferable element.
Reach for this block as the front page hero when the brand story is the product, or as the about page opener ahead of the brand story section. The annual letter CTA should point at a real letter, not a placeholder page.

One strong use is the kitchen table opening with the refusal list. Other founder voices:
Tip: the refusal list works because it is specific and verifiable, seasonal colorways and influencer codes are categories a buyer can check, not claims.
