About this block

Independent Tests Panel lists four third party results as ruled rows, each naming the issuer, the method, the verbatim result, and the date, with a link to the full report. The lede draws the line: our own claims are marketing, these come from labs, an audit body, and a buyers guide that do not answer to us, printed with the parts that sting.

Results are one array with per entry issuer, test, result, and date. The disclosure below closes the loop, standard testing fees paid where labs charge them, no issuer earning anything from sales, the buyers guide samples bought at retail.

When to use

Place on a product or quality page when genuine third party testing exists and you can link it. The credibility depends on printing the unflattering line too, the last for weight ranking beside the first for durability is what proves the panel was not edited.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Before

• Spec sections for your own numbers before the independent ones

After

• Trust sections
• Product care sections

What you can display

One strong use is four lab and audit results. Other panels:

• Safety certifications. The pass or fail lines from the standards bodies your category answers to.
• Sustainability audits. The supply chain scores, ranked honestly against the year before.
• Comparison rankings. Where an outside guide placed you in its field test, including the categories you lost.

Tip: keep the fee disclosure visible, admitting you paid the testing cost is what stops the whole panel from reading as bought praise.
