About this block

Subscription Items Cart separates recurring from one time lines, the subscription in its own card with the repeat badge and the escape hatch terms, skip pause or cancel from any shipping email, and a totals block that splits today from then every 4 weeks. The button label and its footnote close the loop, $38 today, because that is the only charge today.

Static markup showing the mixed state, the today versus recurring split is the entire trust mechanism of subscription carts.

When to use

Reach for this block on consumable stores with subscriptions, whenever a cart can hold both kinds of line. Ambiguity about what recurs is the top subscription complaint category, this layout is its prevention.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Before

• Subscription options where the recurring line was chosen

After

• Checkout restating the same split
• Subscription management

What you can display

One strong use is the mixed coffee cart. Other splits:

• Refill plus device. The machine once, the pods recurring.
• Box plus add ons. The subscription box with this month's extras.
• Membership plus order. The loyalty fee and products in one cart, separated.

Tip: then every 4 weeks as its own totals row is the disclosure pattern, recurring charges hidden inside a single total are how subscriptions earn their reputation.
