Empty Cart State treats the empty cart as a navigation moment instead of a failure, a calm icon, a no guilt headline, and three labeled exits, the bestseller, a sale piece, the most wishlisted. Each exit says why it was chosen, which keeps the suggestions from reading as filler.
Exits are one array. The copy promise, no guilt, no countdown, is a tone commitment the rest of the store should keep.
Reach for this block as the cart page's empty render. The three exits should be computed, not hardcoded, the labels only work when they stay true.
A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Tip: an empty cart with a discount code is a training program for emptying carts, resist it, exits beat bribes.
