Search Suggestions Panel renders the open search dropdown mid keystroke, car typed, with recents and the week's trending terms on the left and live product matches with thumbnails on the right. Shipping the open state as a block gives the dropdown its layout contract before any wiring.
Recents and trending are small arrays. Searched a lot this week is honest social proof in a microcopy slot.
