About this block

Most Helpful Reviews Panel places the top voted positive and critical reviews side by side in full cards. The positive card carries 5 stars and 214 found this helpful in tabular-nums. The critical card carries 3 stars and 187 found this helpful. The lede names the curation rule: “The most voted review in each direction, chosen by readers, not by us.” The critical review stays up because the votes keep putting it there. Below the critical body a muted reply block carries the store response: “Fair, and we hear it about once a month. The June 2026 batch moves the buckle 3cm outboard, and any earlier bag gets a free felt buckle sleeve if you write in.”

Reviews are one array with a kind field and a nullable response. The store reply on the critical card turning a gripe into a product change is what makes the block credible.

When to use

Reach for this block below the star summary on any product page. The helpful counts must come from real reader votes, and the store response on the critical card must be kept current when the product changes.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Before

• Rating summary with bars

After

• Ask an owner Q and A
• Store response thread

What you can display

One strong use is the two column positive and critical pair with store reply. Other helpful panel variants:

• Most helpful by topic. Positive and critical filtered to one tag, fit or durability for example.
• Seasonal edition. The most voted summer review and the most voted winter review for weather dependent gear.
• Long ownership edition. The most helpful review from owners past two years for durability evidence.

Tip: writing a short honest reply to the critical card is more persuasive than hiding it, the reply shows the store reads its reviews and acts on them.
