Why Batches Explainer answers the most asked support question in four numbered reasons, none of them marketing. The bench makes about 60 bags a week, that is the whole factory. Batches are the honest unit of a small factory, and the alternative, trickling single units to look continuously available, is named and rejected. Dates over promises: every sold out page shows the next batch date and the full history log. The fourth reason is the airfreight refusal, “we will not airfreight to smooth the curve,” with the 6 to 1 emissions gap published as the reason.
Reasons are one array. The page is written once and linked from every sold out tile and waitlist email, which is the whole operational purpose of the block.
Reach for this block as a standalone explainer page linked from sold out product tiles and the restock sections drop calendar. The airfreight line must reflect real policy or be replaced with the actual constraint.

Tip: “an ETA without a track record is a guess in a nice font” is the line worth keeping, it is the reason buyers trust the dates that follow.
