About this block

Referral Program Split shows both halves of the deal as equal cards, the friend's discount and your credit, each with its timing honesty, credited when their order ships, not when they click. The framing line positions the program correctly, 31% of orders already arrive by word of mouth, this just pays for it.

Sides are one array of two. The record holder footnote, 41 referrals by a cycling club treasurer, gives the ceiling a face.

When to use

Reach for this block on the offers page and in post purchase emails recreated on web, the moment after delivery being when recommendation intent peaks. The stacking rules per side prevent the checkout disappointment.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Before

• Order confirmation energy, post purchase surfaces

After

• Loyalty points card where the credit lands
• Footer

What you can display

One strong use is the two sided $15 program. Other splits:

• Give a product. The friend gets the care kit instead of a discount.
• Charity option. Send your side to the apprenticeship fund instead.
• Tiered referrals. The agency version where volume changes terms, linked to affiliates.

Tip: when their order ships, not when they click is the timing disclosure that keeps the program from training people to spam links.
