Colorway Family Grid shows one product in every colorway it has ever had: Olive and Whiskey marked Permanent with the explicit note that they will wait, Moss marked “61 of 200 left” with a live batch count, and Slate marked “Retired 2024” with resale as the only route. The footer names the transparency rule: “Batch counts update from the warehouse every few minutes, we publish them so the choice is yours, not a banner shouting at you.” The four card grid teaches the colorway system in one view: permanent, batch, gone.
Colorways are one array with badge, price, and note. The live count on the batch card is the only honest scarcity, the permanent badge is its opposite.
Reach for this block on the product family page or a colorway landing linked from the store hero. The batch count must be wired to warehouse stock or the Moss card becomes a false timer.

Tip: “Permanent never leaves, batches run once and are counted, retired moves to resale” is the entire category merchandising strategy in one sentence.
