Order Edit Window Card gives the 60 minute self serve window its own surface: three actions from the order confirmation email with no contact form needed, then the honest reason the window is short. “Why only an hour, honestly: we pack fast, and fast packing is usually what you want from us.” The footer owns the edge case without a promise: a human usually catches the box at the bench before the courier does, usually is the honest word.
Actions are one array, each with an icon. The footnote is the honesty inversion: a short window is a feature, not a restriction, and saying so earns it.
Reach for this block on the order confirmation page directly below the post order timeline. The 60 minute window must match the real warehouse cut off or the honest framing becomes a liability.

Tip: stating the honest reason the window is short turns a limitation into a quality signal; it is not a restriction, it is the packing line.
