First Use Guide Card runs three numbered steps before the bag goes outside, each timed and carrying its honest why in a ruled list. The opening lede earns the time it asks for: “16 minutes at home buys a quieter decade.” The wax step names the seam holes as the vulnerability, not the fabric; the strap step insists on real weight at home rather than an empty hallway; the receipt step offers the serial registration as the durable alternative that survives a wallet cleanout. The footer hands off to the care guide without repeating itself.
Steps are one array with a title, a time, and a why. Each step earns its time by naming the failure mode it prevents.
Reach for this block on the post purchase confirmation page after the product registration card, or at the top of the product care hub. The wax step assumes the tin ships in the box; adjust if the product differs.

One strong use is the three step wax and set ritual. Other first use guides:
Tip: each step earns its place by naming the failure mode it prevents, not just the action to perform.
