About this block

Tracking Faq Strip answers the four questions people ask while staring at a tracking page, scan gaps, missed windows, holiday holds, and redirects, in one compact band placed under the timeline itself. Each answer routes to a page action, the search button, the change delivery control, no calls.

Questions are one array in the four cell strip format, the same shape as the sizing strip.

When to use

Reach for this block at the bottom of the tracking page, where it deflects the tickets that page generates. The answers must match the page's actual controls.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Before

• Tracking timeline and the shipment updates

After

• Order issues card for things the strip cannot fix

What you can display

One strong use is the four waiting questions. Other strips:

• Return waiting strip. The refund timing questions for the return tracker.
• Preorder strip. The batch progress questions.
• International strip. Customs and duty questions during the long legs.

Tip: the scan gap answer with its 48 hour acknowledgment promise is the strip's anchor, named silence is the difference between waiting and worrying.
