About this block

Split Shipment Tracker handles the two parcel order with a card per parcel, contents listed, its own progress bar, and a dated status line, while the intro explains the split before anyone asks, the belt is cut in the June batch so the rest went ahead, you pay shipping once, the split is on us. The footer kills the second worry, one tracking page, no second email thread.

Shipments are one array with steps. Splits confuse customers exactly once, at the unexplained first parcel, this block spends one sentence preventing that.

When to use

Reach for this block whenever fulfillment can split orders, made to order mixes especially. Wire each card to its carrier feed, the statuses must move independently.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Before

• Order confirmation

After

• Courier contact card

What you can display

One strong use is the batch split. Other split trackers:

• Preorder mix. The in stock half delivered, the preorder half on its build timeline.
• Multi warehouse. Parcels from two origins with different carriers.
• Gift split. Half to you, half to the recipient, the two address version.

Tip: the split is on us, stated where the split is announced, preempts the only billing question a two parcel order generates.
