From The Floor Qa is the monthly column where three inbox questions are answered by whoever actually knows. Marcus Kim, the cutter, explains that a stiff new tote is not faulty, it is fully waxed canvas doing its job. Omar Haddad, the repairs bench, explains the buyback gap: the estimate prices the bag as it arrives, the listing prices it after the bench has answered for it. Elena Marsh, the founder, answers the no black question honestly: “black hides the patina, and the patina is the whole point.” Name and job on every answer because, as the lede puts it, “the team” never cut a panel.
Entries are one array. The named attribution is the whole credibility mechanism, generic answers from a faceless support team would not justify the column.
Reach for this block as the anchor of the journal section, published monthly, after the brand story establishes who the people are. Questions must come from the real inbox and the answerer must be the person with the direct knowledge, not a PR pass.

One strong use is the three question monthly edition. Other configurations:
Tip: numbered padded indices mark sequence without implying rank; the question count stays honest whether you ship two or five answers that month.
