About this block

Where We Ship List runs six regions with the honest note per row, then stops and names the places the store refuses to ship with the reasons published. The refusals are the trust content. The first refusal covers 14 countries where the courier delivers but cannot run the return leg reliably: “The 60 day guarantee is part of the product, so selling where it cannot be honored would be selling something else.” The second covers the wax tins that fall under aerosol adjacent customs rules: “the bag ships, the care kit does not, and the cart says so before you pay.”

Data is two arrays, one for regions and one for refusals. The footer promises both lists move slowly and only with reasons attached.

When to use

Reach for this block at the top of an international shipping page, before the country shipping table. The refusals section must reflect the actual courier coverage map, the specific country count is stated and will be fact checked.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

• Store footer

After

• Country shipping table
• International orders FAQ

What you can display

One strong use is the six regions plus two honest refusals. Other list configurations:

• Expanded coverage. Eight regions as the store adds carriers, each with its own note.
• Product specific rules. A third refusals entry for fragile or regulated items beyond the wax tins.
• Returns coverage map. The same list structure noting which regions have free return labels and which do not yet.

Tip: publishing the refusal reasons converts the “why can I not order?” support ticket into a self served answer and removes the impression of arbitrary exclusion.
