Last Minute Gifts Grid answers December 23 honestly in three tiers ordered by certainty. The e gift card comes first because it is the only thing on the page that can be guaranteed, and the block says so in plain words. The next tier shows care kits from the local warehouse with live counts (“61 in the local warehouse”) and a 2 p.m. cutoff. The third tier lists in stock small leather items with a named cutoff per row. The footer states what does not make it: bags, everything with a strap is gone for the 24th, and a card with a photo of the bag beats a promise a courier cannot keep.
Tiers are one nested array. Counts come from the local warehouse and the block notes they update every few minutes, which means the note field must be wired to live inventory in production.
Reach for this block on the gifting landing page from around December 20 onward, or as a seasonal overlay on the store hero during the final shipping window. Warehouse counts must be live, not static, for the honest scarcity to hold.

Tip: stating the e gift card first because it is the only guarantee, then saying so, is more persuasive than leading with the highest margin item.
