Policies Changelog is the receipt: five dated ruled rows, each naming what changed, why, and who it applied to. Returns extended 30 to 60 days because "the deadline was stressing people without protecting us." Prices dropped 4 to 8 percent as freight normalized and anyone who ordered in the prior 30 days was refunded the difference. The guarantee moved from one year to two because failure data clusters around month 14, covering year one only was covering the easy part. Every entry is retroactive logic shown in public. The lede sets the rule: policies change, the record of the changes should not, this page is the receipt.
Changes are one array. The footer note adds that if a change ever goes the worse direction it appears here too, dated and explained, before it takes effect.
Reach for this block on the policy center or help hub, alongside the plain language policy blocks. The data must stay current: an outdated last entry implies nothing has improved.
A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Tip: the retroactive application note on each row ("Retroactive to everything we have ever sold") is what separates a policy announcement from a policy receipt.
