About this block

SMS Alerts Card asks for the most invasive channel by swearing its scope in writing, two parallel lists, the three triggers, restock, drop, repair done, against the never list, no percent signs, no cart nudges, your cart is your business. The footnote quantifies the promise, the median subscriber got 4 texts last year, and makes the exit frictionless, STOP works instantly, no questions.

Will and wont are two arrays. The never list is the conversion engine, people sign up for what you promise not to send.

When to use

Reach for this block for stores running drops and restocks where minutes matter. The scope is a contract, one promotional text voids years of this copy.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Before

• Restock sections

After

• Footer

What you can display

One strong use is the three trigger list. Other SMS cards:

• Delivery day only. The narrowest version, courier updates and nothing else.
• Queue position. Waitlist movement for made to order batches.
• Back in your size. The apparel version scoped to one product and one size.

Tip: the median subscriber got 4 texts total is the number to publish, frequency fear blocks SMS signups more than privacy does.
