Returning Customer Checkout surfaces the full order as a review panel: address, delivery, and payment prefilled from the March order, each row with its own change link. The header names the speed honestly, “Welcome back. This is the fast lane.” The total is stated twice, once in prose and once on the button: Pay $217.00. The footer footnote makes the change links explicit: each one opens just that step, not the whole checkout.
Data is two arrays, items and saved rows. The saved row pattern (label, lines, change link) is the block’s repeatable unit. Speed as respect is the design argument.
Reach for this block as the checkout shell for signed-in returning customers when the account already holds a usable address and payment method. The prefill must come from real session data or the honesty collapses.

Tip: stating the exact charge on the button, Pay $217.00, removes the final hesitation; the number on the button matches the total the buyer just reviewed.
