Archive and Seconds Band opens the outlet with two tiles side by side, the seconds rail and the resale archive, each carrying its honest one liner and a live piece count in the corner badge. The seconds rail copy names the mechanism: “new, never carried, failed final inspection on looks alone,” 15 to 25% off, the full two year guarantee intact. The resale archive names the other: graded A to C, one of one, serial history traveling with the bag.
Rails are one array, two items. The footer rule under both tiles is the block’s thesis: “every discount has a reason with a name”, a scuffed panel, a prior owner, printed on the listing rather than implied by the price.
Reach for this block as the entrance to a dedicated outlet or off price landing page, above the seconds grid or the resale section. The piece counts must reflect live inventory, a stale number erodes the honesty the block is built on.

Tip: “nothing here is a lesser purchase” is the sentence buyers need to read before they click through, it reframes outlet as reason not remainder.
