About this block

Second Bag Advice Card opens with support log numbers: 312 second bag inquiries, 184 routed to a $15 repair, 61 traded in for a different size, 67 actually sold. Three verdict rows follow on the right: "Almost never" for the same bag again, "Fair" for a genuinely different job, and "Trade it in" for when the first was a sizing mistake. The footer names the ratio: "The 67 we did sell were almost all rule two, a genuinely different job. That ratio is why this page leads with no."

Two arrays drive the split: stats for the ruled ledger on the left, rules with verdicts for the card column on the right. The verdict badges are plain bordered pills, not color coded.

When to use

Reach for this block on the account or buying advice pages, surfaced to logged in owners, after the decade math card. The support log counts must be real numbers updated on a regular cycle to stay credible.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Before

• Decade math card

After

• Resale sections
• Repair service sections

What you can display

One strong use is the three verdict rules with support log counts. Other second purchase advice editions:

• Upgrade advice. The same structure for a version 2 product: when to upgrade, when to hold, when to resell.
• Add on advice. Accessories that duplicate what the core product already does, surfaced to owners before they add to cart.
• Bundle honesty. The store saying which bundle components the buyer probably already owns.

Tip: leading with 184 repairs out of 312 inquiries before the verdict rows makes the "almost never" verdict a data point rather than a policy.
