Numbers We Track Card publishes four KPIs with the reason each one earns its place: repair turnaround staffed to stay under seven days, returns tracked by cause not in total so every line has an owner, reply median not average because “one fast macro can hide a hundred slow real answers”, and the one metric the company refuses to optimize, time on site, because “a store you leave fast served you fast.”
Metrics are one array. The refused optimization row is the credibility of the whole list, no dashboard that claims every number matters would let one fall.
Reach for this block on the about page or a standalone metrics page, below the company origin story. The numbers must be real and refreshed; the footer names the update date so a stale card is immediately visible.
A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

One strong use is the four operational KPIs. Other metric cards:
Tip: the refused optimization row earns the whole card its trust; include at least one number the store is not trying to improve and say why.
