Founder Letter tells the origin story as four paragraphs of signed prose, a dead zip in Lisbon, the repair rule that became the design brief, the honest company shape, and the deal stated plainly. Every claim carries a number, 4,100 repairs, eleven people in Porto, profitable since year two, which is what separates a letter from an essay about values.
The signature row uses the shared avatar with a credential that does work, still answering support on Fridays, dated.
Reach for this block as the heart of the brand story page. The letter format only works written specifically, replace every sentence, keep only the discipline, one number per claim, one paragraph per idea, a real signature.
