Service Status Banner is a slim border-b band that dates
the incident ("June 12"), names the resumption date
("Monday June 15"), and gives the mechanical reason
honestly: "The stitching machine is out for repair, which
is the whole story." The scope is explicit: repair
turnaround adds 3 days, every queue place holds, orders
ship as normal.
No data array needed, the single incident is the message. Publishing the mechanical reason is the decision most stores avoid; doing it removes the credibility gap that vague "operational pause" language always opens.
Reach for this block at the top of any page when a repair or service operation is paused, above the store navbar. The queue holds line must reflect real system behavior; if queue positions are not actually preserved, do not include that sentence.
