With Stats opens with a bold page title and a short subtitle beneath it, then drops straight into a three-column card grid. Each card holds a metric label, a large number, a trend line with an up or down arrow, and a muted icon anchored to the right edge. The cards sit in a responsive grid that collapses to two columns on medium screens and one column on small screens.
The heading section and the card row are independent. You can rewrite the title and subtitle to match any view, swap the three metrics for whatever numbers matter to your users, and add or remove cards without touching the heading. The up/down arrow and the color of the trend text are the only visual signals for direction, so they carry meaning on their own without needing extra labels.
This layout is the right choice when the page itself is a summary view and the headline numbers are the first thing a user needs to see. On an HR and hiring platform it works well as the opening frame for a recruitment pipeline screen, surfacing open roles, candidates in review, and offers extended at the top before any table or list appears below. It fits better than a plain heading when you want the title and the key figures to feel like one unit rather than separate sections.
