Minimalist Resource List opens with a centered heading and a short subheading, then renders a bordered, divided list of up to five resources. Each row shows a small icon on the left, a title and one line of description beside it, and on the right a file type badge, a file size note, and a ghost download button. On narrow screens the meta and button stack below the title; on wider screens everything sits in a single horizontal row. A quiet "View all resources" link below the list points to a full archive.
The heading, subheading, and every resource row are independent. You can add or remove rows freely, swap icons to match file types, and update copy without touching layout or spacing.
Reach for this block when you want to publish a short, scannable index of files without spending visual weight on it. It fits a developer portfolio, a tools page, or a dedicated free resources section where visitors already know what they are looking for and just need a fast path to each file.
