Icon List Overview opens with a centered heading and a short supporting line, then drops into a two-column grid of service rows. Each row is a clickable link that pairs a round icon badge on the left with a title and one line of description beside it, and a small arrow button at the far right that fills with the primary color on hover. Six rows ship in the demo, arranged so the grid collapses to a single column on mobile. A "View all services" button sits centered beneath the grid.
Every part is independent. The heading and subheading are plain text you can rewrite or remove. The number of rows is driven by the services array, so you can add or drop entries freely. Each row's icon, title, description, and link target are all set in one place, and the hover animation requires no extra wiring.
Reach for this block when you need to show the full breadth of what you offer without making visitors read a wall of text. It works especially well on a real estate marketplace or agency portfolio where clients scan for a specific capability before deciding to inquire. The flat list format lets you surface six or more offerings in a small vertical footprint, which is an advantage over a card grid when you want the page to feel lightweight rather than heavy with imagery.

Tip: keep each description to a single short clause so all six rows stay the same height and the grid reads as a clean, even list.
