Minimal Form With Social centers everything in a narrow column with a heading and a short line of subtext at the top. Below that sits a card containing a three field form: name, email, and a short message textarea, all followed by a full width send button. Under the card a secondary heading introduces a row of pill shaped social links covering LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook, each showing its icon and, on wider viewports, a label beside it.
All five social links point to placeholder hrefs you replace with your own profiles. The form fields, placeholder text, and button label are plain copy you can rewrite freely. The social row is a flat list, so you can add or remove platforms without affecting the form above it.
This layout fits a creative agency or studio contact page where visitors want a fast way to send a note without scrolling through a long form, and where the studio also maintains an active social presence clients might prefer. It works better than a split layout when the page is already rich with project imagery and you want the contact section to stay visually quiet. The single column keeps the eye focused and avoids competing with surrounding portfolio content.

Drop in the copy and links that match your studio and the block is ready. A few ways to use it:
Tip: keep the subtext under two short sentences so the card stays the visual anchor and the social row reads as a genuine alternative.
