About this block

Numbered Work List presents seven projects as a ruled editorial index, each row carrying a large muted number (01 through 07), the project name, the role on that project, and the year with tabular-nums. An ArrowUpRight icon animates on hover to signal each row is a link. No images: the list is the full content.

Projects are one array. The muted oversized number is the distinctive typographic choice: it gives the list an editorial weight without introducing a grid or imagery, letting text carry the portfolio.

When to use

Reach for this block as a work index on a homepage or a standalone /work page, especially for portfolios where the writing or the role description matters more than visual thumbnails. The installer swaps the seven rows for their own projects and keeps the role column honest.

A natural flow around it on a Portfolio Pro page:

Before

• Name and role hero

After

• Featured work grid
• Case study split

What you can display

One strong use is the full project index for a designer or developer with a long practice. Other list layouts:

• Shorter index. Four or five rows for a focused selected-work list rather than an exhaustive one.
• Agency client list. Client name in the name column, service in the role column, and engagement year.
• Writing index. Article title, publication, and year for a writing portfolio.

Tip: the role column is the differentiator; two projects at the same company with different roles read very differently when the column is filled in.
