Featured Three displays exactly three large project tiles at equal size, each with a full-width 4/3 image, a project name and year, a kind-plus-role meta line, a one-line description, and a Read case study link with an arrow. The three projects, Meridian, Loom Health, and Crest, each carry a concrete outcome: Meridian reduced average task time by 34 percent, Loom Health shipped in sixteen weeks from first sketch.
Projects are one array with name, kind, role, year, and description. The outcome sentence per tile is the distinctive choice: it turns a gallery into evidence, giving each project a result the thumbnail alone cannot carry.
Use this block as the work section of a homepage when the installer wants to lead with depth rather than breadth, three well-documented projects rather than eight thumbnails. The installer swaps the Placeholder tiles, the project names, and the description lines for their real work and outcomes.

Tip: the one-line description must name a concrete outcome or constraint; a description that just restates the project name adds nothing.
