About this block

Video Case Study tells one project as a full-width Placeholder video frame, a four-cell stat strip (runtime 1:30, cities shot 4, shoot days 8, final deliverables 3), and a three-column narrative grid covering the brief, the approach, and the result. The project is the Orin Athletics brand film, a 90-second piece that had to work without product shots or athletes under contract, cut to the runners' breathing rather than a music track.

The brief, approach, and result are three separate objects rendered from a shared array. The constraint buried in the brief (no product shots, no athletes under contract) is the distinctive detail, it makes the creative decision in the approach legible rather than arbitrary.

When to use

Reach for this block as the featured project section on a video production portfolio. The installer swaps the project name, client, stat values, and all three narrative sections for their own project.

A natural flow around it on a Portfolio Pro page:

Before

• Client reel list

After

• Process steps
• Contact or availability

What you can display

One strong use is the single-project narrative with production stats. Other video case layouts:

• Multiple cuts. The stat strip extended to show versions delivered, each with its own runtime and target platform.
• Director focus. The approach section expanded and the result condensed for a director whose process is the portfolio.
• Agency case. The brief names the client team and the agency team separately to show the collaborative context.

Tip: the result section lands better when it reports something the client measured, Orin reported a 14% uplift in branded search, than when it describes how the film looked or felt.
